Meeting Room Application

The Rahway Public Library Meeting Room is available to non-profit groups holding free meetings of cultural, educational, or civic nature approved by library management. Agreement

This organization agrees that it will pay for all damages to any property of the City of Rahway resulting directly or indirectly from the conduct of any member of the organization or anyone in attendance at the meeting. It is understood that the City of Rahway and the Rahway Public Library assume no responsibility whatever for any property placed in the library by your organization in connection with this meeting; and that the City of Rahway and the Rahway Public Library are hereby expressly released and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property which may be sustained by reason of this meeting.
